The Brucejack Mine is a high-grade gold underground mine located in northwestern British Columbia, approximately 65 kilometers north of Stewart. In 2018, Pretivm received amended permits to increase production by 40% to 3,800 tpd. Upgrades to the mill have been completed and 3,800 tpd rate was achieved by year end 2019. An updated Mineral Reserve and Resource Estimate outlines Proven and Probable Reserves in Brucejack's Valley of the Kings of 4.2 million ounces of gold (15.7 million tonnes grading 8.4 grams per tonne). Most recently, Mr. Perron was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. until it was acquired by Centerra Gold Inc in 2016. He joined Thompson Creek as Chief Executive Officer in 2013 and took on the additional role of President in 2014. Among his previous senior executive positions in mining, he was President and CEO of St. Andrew Goldfields (2007-2013), Senior Vice President of Iamgold (2006-2007) and Senior Vice President Canada of Cambior Inc. (2004-2006). Mr. Perron has been a director of the Canadian Mineral Industry Education Foundation since 2007. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from l'École Polytechnique de Montréal. ## Tom S.Q. Yip , CPA, CA , Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer  Mr. Yip has over 30 years of financial management experience in the mining industry for exploration and development companies and producers. Most recently he was Chief Financial Officer for International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. At his prior position as CFO of Silver Standard Resources Inc. he was a key member of the leadership team which transitioned the company from exploration and development to production. He began his mining career at Echo Bay Mines Ltd. before the company merged with Kinross Gold Corporation. Mr. Yip is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration from the University of Alberta. ## Michelle Romero , B.A., MLS, C.Dir. , Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability  Ms. Romero joined Pretivm in 2011 and previously held the roles of Vice President, Corporate Relations and Director, Investor Relations. Prior to joining Pretivm she worked in communication and investor relations for Silver Standard Resources Inc., serving as Communications Director. She began her career as a professional business librarian with roles in the US, the UK and France. Prior to joining Pretivm, he was Senior VP of Corporate Development for Osisko Mining Inc. and currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Maritime Resources Inc. Mr. Hayes is a professional geologist with experience ranging from regional surveys to advanced exploration. He graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Geology (1989) and a Master of Science in Geology (1997). He also holds an MBA from Dalhousie University (2003) and is a member (P. Geo.) of the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Newfoundland and Labrador. ## Kenneth C. McNaughton , M.A. Sc., P.Eng. , Vice President and Chief Exploration Officer  Mr. McNaughton is a professional geological engineer with over 40 years of global experience developing and leading mineral exploration programs. Prior to joining Pretivm in 2011, he was Senior Vice President, Exploration for Silver Standard Resources Inc. where he had been responsible for all exploration programs since 1991. Prior to joining Silver Standard, he was employed by Corona Corporation and its affiliate Mascot Gold Mines Ltd. as a project geologist and engineer for projects in British Columbia. Mr. McNaughton holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree and a Master of Applied Science degree in geological engineering from the University of Windsor. ## David Prins , B.Eng. Tech , Vice President Operations, Brucejack Mine  Mr. Prins has over 20 years of experience in the mining industry with project oversight for mines at the evaluation, design, planning and operations stages. Prior to his appointment as Pretivm's Vice President, Operations, he was Project Director and led the successful completion of construction and commissioning of the Brucejack Mine, and its transition to steady-state production. Mr. Prins has extensive experience in Latin American mining operations, and worked with Placer Dome's Project Development Group for over 16 years, including a 10-year period at the Zaldivar Mine in northern Chile. ## Greg Norton , M.Sc., B.Sc. , Vice President, Environment and Regulatory Affairs  Mr. Norton has over 14 years of experience in the mining sector working as a consultant on numerous mining projects in Canada and Latin America, including consulting with Pretivm since 2012. Prior to joining Pretivm Mr. Norton was a Partner with ERM Consultants Canada, where he served as Project Manager and Project Director with overall accountability for multi-disciplinary teams of environmental, social, economic and engineering professionals supporting mines at various stages of planning, permitting, development and operations. Mr. Norton is responsible for providing leadership for all environmental matters, working closely with operations to ensure environmental regulatory compliance, and supporting the development of Pretivm's reputation as a mining leader in the area of environmental diligence and disclosure. Mr. Norton holds a B.Sc. from the University of British Columbia, and a M.Sc. in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Guelph. ## Vladimir Cvijetinovic , BCom, JD , Vice President, Legal and Corporate Secretary  Mr. Cvijetinovic joined Pretivm in 2018 and is responsible for all legal matters related to the company. Prior to joining Pretivm, Mr. Cvijetinovic practiced law at the Calgary and Vancouver offices of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities regulation, and corporate governance matters. Mr. Cvijetinovic holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of British Columbia, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia. ## Esteban Figueroa , General Manager, Brucejack Mine  Mr. Figueroa is responsible for the daily leadership and management of the Brucejack Mine to maximize production in a safe, profitable and socially responsible manner. Mr. Figueroa has over 20 years of project management experience in the mining and energy industries. He has led a range of projects, including electrical, instrumentation and facilities upgrades, for construction and operations-phase open pit and underground mines, as well as smelters and refineries. He has held roles at Placer Dome, Freeport McMoran, Kinross, Sirius Minerals and Pan African Minerals in regions including Africa, Latin America, North America and Europe. Mr. O'Brien has served as President and CEO of Newmont Mining Corporation and President and CEO of Boart Longyear Limited. During his career, Mr. O'Brien has also served as a CFO at Newmont, prior to which his executive roles included Executive Vice President and CFO of U.S. energy services company AGL Resources, and Chief Operating Officer and CFO at PacifiCorp, a western U.S. utilities company. Mr. O'Brien holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago and a Juris Doctorate degree from Lewis and Clark Law School. Mr. O'Brien currently serves on the Boards of Xcel Energy Inc. and Vulcan Materials Company. ## Robin Bienenstock , Director  Ms. Bienenstock is a founder and investment partner of RBMP Capital LLP, founded in London, United Kingdom in 2017, and was a partner at Marlin Sams Fund LP from 2014 until 2016. She was a senior research analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., LLC, Research Division from 2007 until 2014. Ms. Bienenstock has served as a non-executive director, and a member of the Audit Committee of Sunrise Communications Group AG, a Swiss telecommunications provider, since 2016. She has previously served as a member of the Supervisory Board, and a member of the Audit Committee, of Tele Columbus AG, a German cable provider, and as a director of Oi S.A., the largest telecommunications company in Brazil and South America. During her directorship at Oi S.A., Ms. Bienenstock chaired the committee responsible for internal audit, risks and contingencies. Ms. Bienenstock obtained a Master of Arts degree in International Economics and Management from SDA Bocconi in Milan in 1992 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford in 1991. ## Peter Birkey , CFA , Director  Peter Birkey is an Investment Executive who has over twenty years of experience investing in the financial markets and advising both public and private companies. Mr. Birkey was an Executive Vice President for Liberty Mutual Asset Management responsible for all Strategy, Public Markets, Risk Management, Real Estate and Special Situations. Prior to this, he was a Senior Vice President for AmerUs Capital Management (now Aviva USA) and a Portfolio Manager for AEGON USA. Mr. Birkey earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing with the highest honors from the University of Chicago. He is also a Charted Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business Administration from Coe College. ## Jeane Hull , B.Sc., MBA , Director  Ms. Hull has over 35 years of operational leadership and engineering experience, most notably holding the positions of Chief Operating Officer for Rio Tinto plc at the Kennecott Utah Copper Mine and Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of Peabody Energy Corporation. Ms. Hull has also held numerous management engineering and operations positions with Rio Tinto and affiliates. Prior to joining Rio Tinto she held positions with Mobil Mining and Minerals, and has additional engineering, environmental and regulatory affairs experience in the public and private sector. Currently Ms. Hull serves on the Boards of Epiroc AB and Interfor Corporation. A Registered Professional Engineer, Ms. Hull holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. She is a member of the University of Wyoming School Of Energy Resources Council. She serves on the University Advisory Board for South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, and formerly served on the Industry Advisory Board for Missouri University of Science and Technology Mining Department and the Washington University Olin Business School Women's Leadership Forum Steering Committee. ## George Paspalas , Director  George Paspalas is the President and Chief Executive Officer of MAG Silver Corp. Formerly he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Aurizon Mines; Chief Operating Officer, Silver Standard Resources Inc.; Executive Vice-President and Senior Vice President Projects - Technical Development, Placer Dome Inc.; and President and Chief Executive Officer of Placer Dome Africa. During his career, Mr. Paspalas has been responsible for constructing and operating complex open pit and underground mines in South Africa, Tanzania, Australia, South America and Canada. Previously, he spent 16 years with Placer Dome Inc. in various senior positions and 4 years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Smith currently is a director of Hudbay Minerals Inc. and has previously served on other public mining company boards of directors, specifically Nevsun Resources Ltd., Dominion Diamond Corporation and Paramount Gold Nevada Corporation. He is a member of the Board of Governors of Collingwood School. He has also completed the Institute of Corporate Directors course, Directors Education Program (ICD.D). ## Faheem Tejani , Director  Mr. Tejani is currently the President of the Mortgage Company of Canada, a privately-owned investment company that primarily invests in single family residential mortgages in the Greater Toronto Area, currently with assets under management of ~$300 million. Prior to joining Mortgage Company of Canada, Mr. Tejani spent 17 years at BMO Capital Markets, most recently as Managing Director, Equity Capital Markets. During his time at BMO Capital Markets he primarily focused on the Metals and Mining industry. Mr. Tejani is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario.
