Most recently, Mr. Perron was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. until it was acquired by Centerra Gold Inc in 2016. He joined Thompson Creek as Chief Executive Officer in 2013 and took on the additional role of President in 2014. Among his previous senior executive positions in mining, he was President and CEO of St. Andrew Goldfields (2007-2013), Senior Vice President of Iamgold (2006-2007) and Senior Vice President Canada of Cambior Inc. Prior to joining Pretivm in 2011, he was Senior Vice President, Exploration for Silver Standard Resources Inc. where he had been responsible for all exploration programs since 1991. Prior to his appointment as Pretivm's Vice President, Operations, he was Project Director and led the successful completion of construction and commissioning of the Brucejack Mine, and its transition to steady-state production. Mr. Prins has extensive experience in Latin American mining operations, and worked with Placer Dome's Project Development Group for over 16 years, including a 10-year period at the Zaldivar Mine in northern Chile. Greg Norton , M.Sc., B.Sc. , Vice President, Environment and Regulatory Affairs Mr. Norton has over 14 years of experience in the mining sector working as a consultant on numerous mining projects in Canada and Latin America, including consulting with Pretivm since 2012. Prior to joining Pretivm Mr. Norton was a Partner with ERM Consultants Canada, where he served as Project Manager and Project Director with overall accountability for multi-disciplinary teams of environmental, social, economic and engineering professionals supporting mines at various stages of planning, permitting, development and operations. He has led a range of projects, including electrical, instrumentation and facilities upgrades, for construction and operations-phase open pit and underground mines, as well as smelters and refineries. She was a senior research analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., LLC, Research Division from 2007 until 2014. Ms. Bienenstock has served as a non-executive director, and a member of the Audit Committee of Sunrise Communications Group AG, a Swiss telecommunications provider, since 2016. She has previously served as a member of the Supervisory Board, and a member of the Audit Committee, of Tele Columbus AG, a German cable provider, and as a director of Oi S.A., the largest telecommunications company in Brazil and South America. During her directorship at Oi S.A., Ms. Bienenstock chaired the committee responsible for internal audit, risks and contingencies. George Paspalas , Director George Paspalas is the President and Chief Executive Officer of MAG Silver Corp. Formerly he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Aurizon Mines; Chief Operating Officer, Silver Standard Resources Inc.; Executive Vice-President and Senior Vice President Projects - Technical Development, Placer Dome Inc.; and President and Chief Executive Officer of Placer Dome Africa. Prior to joining Mortgage Company of Canada, Mr. Tejani spent 17 years at BMO Capital Markets, most recently as Managing Director, Equity Capital Markets. During his time at BMO Capital Markets he primarily focused on the Metals and Mining industry.
