We are assembling a team of the brightest minds in the machine learning domain, and we invite you to be a part of this transformative journey. Position Overview: We are in search of seasoned Machine Learning Engineers/Scientists with profound expertise in Generative AI. As a member of the Haiper ML team, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing state-of-the-art generative models and applications that redefine the capabilities of vision foundation models. Key Responsibilities: - Train large models on GPU clusters or distributed GPU environments for large-scale datasets and complex workloads; - Develop and implement scalable inference pipelines to deploy the models into production environments; - Maintain comprehensive documentation of academic papers, models, algorithms, and research findings for knowledge sharing within the team - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, conduct research, and explore innovative techniques to improve model quality and efficiency Requirements: - PhD or Master's in Computer Science with considerable experience in at least one of the following areas: Machine Learning, Computer Vision, NLP or related areas; - Extensive hands-on ability in training large neural models; - Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer/Scientist, with a strong focus on Generative AI projects - Demonstrated expertise in training and optimising generative models - Strong coding skills with deep learning frameworks (e.g. Pytorch, Tensorflow etc.) and distributed training frameworks (e.g. Deepspeed) or CUDA; - Experience with data preprocessing and data augmentation techniques - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities - Effective communication and collaboration skills Candidates with published papers in top conferences are preferred (e.g. NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ACL, EMNLP etc.)-
