As we enter an exciting period of growth Mango are seeking an experienced consultant to lead some of our most exciting, challenging client projects and help us to enhance our consulting capability. Your primary focus will be as integral part of project teams as the engagement manager, acting as a central pivot through which our clients engage and driving excellence both in your own work and that of the entire team. In addition to this you will play a critical role internally, by using your consulting expertise to help shape & improve the ways in which we deliver client engagements.

You will be customer focused and enjoy building relationships and rapport with senior stakeholders and key decision makers from both technical and user communities. You will have demonstrable experience in translating technical workflow into business relatable benefits, and as a skilled influencer ensuring clients understand the value in our work. You will come with experience of structuring and solving business problems, likely gained from a background in management or data consulting, and be an excellent communicator capable of being credible across a wide number of industries.

As a part of Mango Solutions, you will have the opportunity to:

• Oversee the delivery of major projects,ensuring our delivery is always aligned with client objectives
• Develop and deliver client presentations & reports as part of the project team
• Manage relationships with senior client stakeholders and represent their voice within Mango
• Be accountable for client satisfaction within your accounts
• Address and resolve client complaints or issues as a primary escalation point
• Conduct post-project client satisfaction interviews to identify areas of strength and for improvement in the experience we deliver
• Help to define our consultancy standards and operating procedures
• Help to refine our customer satisfaction measurement processes
• Act as a link between our delivery and sales teams, ensuring continuity of client experience
• Work with the sales team to identify and act on new opportunities within your accounts
• Contribute to sales activities, including supporting the writing of proposals and delivering pitches
• Contribute to thought leadership and marketing activities as a subject matter expert

What are we looking for?

Required Skills

• Excellent client management and relationship building skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, in particular with experience of communicating complex concepts to senior, non-technical audiences
• Ability to oversee the delivery of complex projects with teams of consultants
• A passion for data & analytics as an enabler of our client’s success
• Strong general commercial acumen and ability to quickly grasp business models and challenges within new clients and industries
• Willingness to travel to client sites & other offices, if/when required

Required Experience

• 3 years’ experience of delivering consultancy projects
• Experience of managing / leading consulting projects (or workstreams within large programmes)
• Demonstrable experience of applying analytics to business issues (does not have to be to an advanced level of analytical complexity)

Desirable

• Experience of planning and shaping project delivery plans, including commercial estimation
• Understanding of the core concepts of analytics, statistics, and data visualisation
• Understanding of project management methodologies, preferably including Agile

• SALARY: £40,000-£50,000
