We are looking for a Data Analyst with a focus on technology and systems to join our Workforce Analytics team!

What you’ll be working on:

• Responsible for designing, developing and implementing a data architecture aligned with business processes that standardizes data collection, storage, transformation, distribution and usage of data.
• Implement and manage data integration solutions to enable data flow between various systems, databases, and applications to support various analytical and business needs
• Develop data pipelines between multiple systems to centralize data and facilitate ongoing sustainable data analysis, reporting and visualizations.
• Apply data quality measurements across the data architecture, and integrate quality levels into metric and report generation. Maintain solutions that strengthen our data quality, accuracy and data integrity.
• Own the data dictionary for all workforce data, working closely with the Data Governance team to ensure accurate and consistent definition, collection and storage of relevant data
• Lead process improvement initiatives to fix low quality data, including implementing appropriate controls to ensure data quality is maintained once heightened
• Collaborate with stakeholders in other departments to identify business needs and convert them into data and system requirements. Lead/support the implementation of solutions including alignment with IT systems and management of the flow of data across the organization.
• Stay up to date with analytics technologies and proactively optimize, and propose new solutions.
• Design and analyze data to identify trends to uncover solutions and opportunities, communicate findings using visualizations and other means.

What you’ll need to have:

• Proven understanding of data platforms, with a knowledge of the underlying data and systems architecture
• Experience developing data pipelines, architectures and data models
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Mix of skills developed via some combination of education & experience in:
• Data Science/Analytics/Visualization,
• Process Design & Systems Thinking,
• Digital Development Programming,
• Project Management,
• Business Analytics,
• or other related work or educational programs
• Ability and willingness to learn new systems and platforms
• Fast learning / clear critical thinking skills
