Technical Product Manager- Advanced Analytics Global Relay - Vancouver, BC

Your Role: Work closely with your agile team(s), other TPMs, program management, and product management to deliver on the product roadmap, and drive new initiatives and features through the development process. Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure roadmaps are clear, prioritized, achievable, and aligned with strategy. Reliably deliver large and complex initiatives often involving multiple teams. Lead the early requirement discovery and analysis work normally associated with Product Managers and break them down into releases, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You will work closely with your Team Leads, Architects, and UI/UX to ensure high-quality designs are produced. Attend (and often lead) daily stand-ups and other agile ceremonies, refine your team’s backlog, plan sprints, accept completed stories, monitor progress, report status, and manage key release activities including documentation and training.
Your Job: Working in a dynamic team environment, the TPM is expected to:
Deliver components/features in alignment with strategy and the broader roadmap for Advanced Analytics and Data Science Lead large complex initiatives from roadmap to delivery Be recognized as a go-to expert and natural leader within your product line Translate product roadmap initiatives and feature requests into models, workflow diagrams, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other suitable artifacts Understand the design, business logic, and technical architecture of your platform components, and how those components interact with the rest of the platform Identify and coordinate cross-component dependencies throughout the development process Regular present to the team, the business, C-level executives, and customer stakeholders Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Support, clients, and other TPMs to produce and manage their component’s backlog and contribute to the product roadmap Collaborate with other TPMs, Architects, UI/UX, and Team Leads to drive requirements through the design phase Facilitate daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and other team meetings with your agile team(s) Support Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Provisioning, Professional Services, Technical Documentation, Training, and Technical Support throughout the release process with training, documentation, announcements, and other release activities
About You: 6+ years of experience as a technical program/product manager or product owner Highly organized and proactive Hands-on experience with backend services and APIs Ability to communicate effectively with technical, business, and C-level executives
