Responsibilities:
Work closely with Sales and Finance to establish and maintain key financial performance metrics, targets, and dashboards. Implement business intelligence solutions that provide insights on Sales Forecasting, Sales Process, and Sales Compensation performance. Monitor and distribute relevant bookings, pipeline, and forecast reports to the organization and recommend improvements as needed. Analyze trends for Sales Managers and identify root cause of key variances through analysis of detailed translation-level data and high-level operational reporting. Assist VP of Sales with forecasts, executive presentations, and board reporting. Work with FP&A to co-ordinate the processes for forecasting, planning, and budgeting within the sales organization. Work with Sales, HR and Finance on the implementation and measurement of sales compensation plans while supporting the equitable assignment and optimal allocation of sales quotas to all sales channels and resources. Provide the Sales and Marketing departments with appropriate data and reports to help their decision making. Requirements
5+ years of full-time work experience in Sales Operations at an enterprise software company. Experience with implementing business intelligence tools and working with Salesforce.com reporting and dashboards. Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Business, Finance or Accounting. CPA is a plus. Advanced Excel skills. High-level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize demands to meet deadlines. Ability to organize, interpret and analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data. Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment, with the ability to initiate improvements in reporting processes. Good oral and written communication skills to be able help prepare and present reports. Benefits
