Rogers Digital is seeking a Manager of Virtual Assistant & Chat to join our high-growth team. You will create amazing experiences that bring our brands to life and solve complex problems for our customers using the latest emerging technologies.

This role focuses on the Virtual Assistant program within the Digital Channel Innovation group, making conversational self-service the channel of choice for our customers. As the Product Manager, Virtual Assistant you will be an integral part of executing the Rogers and Fido Omni-Channel Strategy. You will be a key player in developing this portfolio, from both the strategy and execution perspective.
