What you’ll do
- Support all strategic and production sourcing initiatives by providing critical analytical support to the Sourcing leadership.
- Provide detailed analysis, advice, interpretation and resource support within Sourcing by compiling and reviewing complex, multi-source Sourcing operations data.
- Provide expert analysis for decision support to Sourcing Directors and CPMO in the development of the Sourcing Contract and Savings Plan.
- Provide analytic support to the Sourcing teams enabling them to execute the Sourcing plan and production initiatives such as match exceptions, standing purchase orders and contracts requiring renewal.
- Provide support to the Sourcing teams using the RFP workbook and scenario modeling.
- Provide analytic support and guidance to Sourcing teams in completing financial analysis. Provides coaching to the Sourcing team members on analytics.
- Support Sourcing teams with market analysis.
- Ensure accuracy of all data managed by the Sourcing team Assists Sourcing teams with data pulls and data cleansing.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and partnership in all aspects of their work.
What you bring
- A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Economics, and/or related field
- Five (5) years of related experience in decision support, business analysis, and/or healthcare management, preferably in Supply Chain.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Sharepoint are required.
- Motivation and self-management as well as creativity and excellence in providing analytical solutions in a business environment.
