As the Data Analyst at Inliv Inc., you will work closely with the Chief Data Officer to maintain, improve and build our Business Intelligence platform. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Company’s data including inputting, integrity, integration, manipulation, analytics and reporting.
You will perform impact assessments related to technology choices, design architectural considerations and implementation strategy and provide recommendations
The Data Analytics team will support the leadership team to create innovative data and analytics driven solutions.
You will play a key role in analyzing our business data to help us better understand trends, identify opportunities and unlock new growth in our business. You will analyze data from a variety of sources and create reports to ensure key decision-makers in the company are able to make informed decisions to optimize our business.

Responsibilities:
- [X] Acquire, transform and analyze data from multiple sources ensuring data quality
- [X] Responsible for defining, developing, and evolving data science related tasks using the latest development methods and infrastructure
- [ ] Design and maintain dashboards in PowerBI? for individual departments, company leadership, as well as external stakeholders
- [ ] Develop complex projection and capacity models to answer business questions
- [ ] Identify trends and opportunities and influence business decision making through data-based recommendations
- [ ] Participate in normal analytics development activities like design, implementation, reviews, defect management, document handling, etc.
- [X] Support impact assessments and decisions related to technology choices, design architectural considerations and implementation strategy
- [ ] Prepare ad-hoc analysis and provide support for specific initiatives as required
- [X] Develop new processes to collect and report data and lead implementation throughout the company
- [X] Collaborate with system engineers and software developers to implement solutions that are aligned with our stakeholder’s and our own strategic directions
- [X] Partner with the marketing, sales and operations teams to deliver data insights, identify trends and opportunities, make suggestions for improvement and answer business questions
- [ ] Support finance in preparing reports, developing projections and performing variance analyses to impact financial performance
- [ ] Data tracking for business units, financial budget and client engagement
- [ ] Communicate findings to non-technical team members and prepare and deliver presentations to leadership
- [X] Participate in weekly leadership meetings and quarterly strategic planning sessions
- [X] Handle confidential data and ensure proper security permissions are in place
Requirements:
- [X] 3+ years of experience in data analytics and business reporting
- [X] Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Applied Economics or Statistics
- [ ] Ability to grasp the essence of large data sets and can use and create analytical and/or statistical methods to find solutions
- [ ] Experience building dashboards in common visualization tools (preferably Power BI)
- [ ] Advanced excel modeling skills
- [X] Business oriented mindset
- [X] Knowledge of relational database schemas
- [X] Proficiency with basic programming (Python, R, SQL, Tableau) and data mining skills
- [X] Demonstrated ETL skills/experience (Extract, Transform, Load)
- [ ] Hands-on experience in solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches (or equivalent)
- [ ] Technical expertise, domain knowledge, experience in statistical/modeling techniques, focused on the big data space
- [X] Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and methods
- [X] Prior experience of working with cross functional teams
- [X] Positive attitude and team player
- [X] Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
